Sessions can be enjoyed as a standalone yoga experience or enhanced with a soothing sound bath. When combined with sound healing, the calming vibrations of crystal singing bowls, ocean disk, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments help quiet the mind, relax the nervous system, and deepen your sense of relaxation and connection.
Classes are for beginners and seasoned yogis. You'll leave feeling more grounded, refreshed, and connected to yourself mind, body, and spirit.

Group yoga sessions provide a welcoming and inclusive experience where participants can stretch, strengthen, breathe, and unwind with a supportive instructor. Your group can made up of beginners or experienced practitioners, each session is thoughtfully designed to accommodate a variety of abilities and goals.
Participants are guided through mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation techniques that help reduce stress, improve flexibility, increase body awareness, and promote overall well-being. Group yoga is a wonderful addition to corporate wellness programs, ladies' nights, retreats, community gatherings, private events, and special celebrations.
For an even more memorable experience, sessions can be enhanced with a relaxing sound journey at the end. Using crystal singing bowls, ocean disk, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments, the sound journey allows participants to fully relax as soothing frequencies help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and deepen the benefits of the practice.
