The Sacral and Womb Healing Workshop is a holistic workshop designed to facilitate healing and balance in the sacral chakra and the womb space. The sacral chakra is associated with creativity, emotions, sensuality, and relationships, while the womb space symbolizes feminine energy, creation, and connection to the cycles of life. 

Practice body movement with me to awaken your sacred space, guided breathwork, sacred space communication exercise, Sacral & Womb Cleansing exercise, as well as a guided meditation.

You will want to wear comfortable clothing, have a yoga mat or blanket, pen & paper, and a quiet space to enjoy this workshop.
